Return Terms
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", within 14 days from the moment of purchase, you can return the goods purchased in the network of "ringoo" stores, provided all the norms prescribed by the Law are fulfilled.

Terms of exchange / return of good quality goods
Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":

The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of the proper quality to the same seller from whom he was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in form, size, shape, color, size or for other reasons can not be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange good quality goods within fourteen days, not counting the purchase day.

The exchange of goods of the proper quality is carried out:

if not used;
if its merchandise is preserved;
consumer properties, seals, labels;
settlement document issued to the consumer together with the goods sold.


Commodity type: The new product is sold on factory protective films, this is one of the factors for determining the product type. Charging is revealed, the headset, any wires and battery are covered with protective films. The buyer must remember that damaging these items of packaging is not recommended! Similarly, there should be no scratches and scratches on the product.

Not used: All electronics comes with the default software. Check whether the device is used or not - it can be an authorized service center or a product reception manager. If third-party applications are detected, changes to settings, usage tags (files, photos, notes, videos) - the store may take the right to deny the client as a violation of this item.

Seals, labels and billing documents: Similarly, this item refers to the merchandising type. If at the return you lost some document, information, or stolen the seal on the product - the situation will be similar. The settlement documents must be provided, the original of the check and the warranty card, for the return of funds.

Accessories - non-woven accessories are subject to return. If there are traces of the accessory opening and attempts to re-pack (especially for PE packaging or blisters), the goods can not be returned. When can they be returned? You can opt out of the purchase by checking it before selling.

Terms of exchange / return of goods of inadequate quality
Article 8. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":

In case of detecting defects within the established warranty period, the consumer, in accordance with the procedure and within the terms established by the legislation, has the right to demand:

proportional price reduction;
free repayment of defects of the goods within a reasonable time;
reimbursement of expenses for elimination of defects of the goods.

The requirements of the consumer provided for in this Article are not to be satisfied if the seller, the producer (the enterprise satisfying the requirements of the consumer, established by part one of this article) will prove that the defects of the product arose as a result of consumer violations of the rules of use of the product or its storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the verification of the quality of goods personally or through his representative.
